These appointments are for children aged from 5 to 16 years of age. Appointments are made by contacting our clinic on (08) 7231 1703.
A GP referral is needed for the appointment and must be received by MyChild Psychiatry and Psychology 2 weeks prior to the appointment booking.
Once the booking is made we will mail or email our paperwork to you so that you can be registered with our practice for your appointment.
What is not available via telehealth psychiatry?
Although we cater for many different patients, there are some limitations around telehealth psychiatry and therefore we are not able to offer the following:
- Prescribing for stimulant medications such as Ritalin
- Care of children under the age of 5 years
- Assessment of a patient who is in hospital.
- Crisis intervention
